Can you clean old Beaverdale brick without damaging it?

Yes — with soft washing, never high pressure. Old brick and lime-based mortar can’t take a pressure wand; it erodes joints and drives water into the wall. Our low-pressure detergent process cleans the brick and kills the growth while the masonry stays untouched. It’s the only method we’ll use on pre-war brick.

My house has original wood windows and storm windows. Can you handle them?

Yes. We clean original double-hungs and storms by hand — storms removed, cleaned both sides, and re-hung. It’s slower than modern windows and priced accordingly, but nothing gets forced and no century-old glazing meets a power tool.

Do you handle tall South of Grand two- and three-stories?

Regularly. Water-fed poles and soft wash equipment reach third-story siding and glass from the ground, and we ladder the detail work. Tall old houses are quoted accurately up front — height is built into the price, not sprung on you later.

Do you work with Drake-area landlords and East Village commercial properties?
