My builder said not to pressure wash the siding. Is that true?

Your builder is right — and it’s exactly why we don’t. High pressure forces water behind vinyl and can void the siding warranty. Soft washing is a different method: low pressure, detergent does the work. It’s the process siding manufacturers actually recommend, and it’s all we use on houses.

Can you remove concrete splatter and construction residue from my driveway?

Usually, yes. Mortar and concrete splatter respond to the right treatment plus controlled pressure; paint overspray and silicone are case-by-case. We’ll look at it during the free quote and tell you straight what will come off and what won’t.
