Fresh spotting (this season’s) comes off completely with our hard-water process. Spots that have baked on through several summers can etch into the glass itself — those we can usually improve dramatically, and we’ll tell you honestly on-site if a pane is etched past saving before you spend a dollar.

My house is only three years old. Does it really need washing?

Walk to the north side and look closely at the siding in the shade line. If you see a faint green or gray haze, that’s algae starting, and it’s far cheaper to wash now than after it’s established. If it’s truly still clean, we’ll say so — we quote for free and don’t invent work.
