Who benefits most: two-story homes (ladder work you shouldn’t do yourself), houses under mature trees in Clive and Urbandale (gutters fill fast under the Greenbelt canopy and old-growth streets), and anyone whose north wall goes green every summer.

What does a plan cost?

It depends on the services you stack, so real numbers beat fake precision. Questions to ask before signing any plan

1. Can I cancel or skip a visit? The answer should be yes, without a fee. Ours is.
2. Is the company insured? A recurring relationship means recurring access to your property. Get the certificate of insurance once, keep it on file.
3. What exactly is in each visit? Get the service list in writing so “spring visit” means the same thing to both of you.
4. When do visits happen? Timing is the point. A “fall” gutter cleaning in September misses half the leaves; one in December missed the freeze.
